Welcome! VetLit is a resource to help keep up to date with veterinary literature. Select your topic from below to receive regular article updates and summaries.
Below are a few popular journals, but there are over 60 journals on the site, divided into specialties according to the reading lists of specialty college residency training programmes. Articles are automatically on here when they are published.
The way I use the site is by checking in every month to see what has been published, from which I create an ECC newsletter update of articles I find interesting and important. We also have a medicine newsletter provided by internal medicine specialist, Chris Scudder, a neurology newsletter provided by neurology specialist, Abbe Crawford, a surgery newsletter provided by Matteo Rossanese and a cardiology newsletter provided by Kieran Borgeat. Sign-ups are below.
Topics such as neurology, ophthalmology, cardiology, dentistry, imaging and dermatology have filters applied to set aside less relevant articles; this should make it much easier to stay current. Don’t forget the Open Access journals if you don’t have institutional access.
Happy reading!
